ManifestIQ — Global Launch Manifest & Reliability

Every orbital-class launch attempt in history, normalized into one analytics-ready dataset — vehicle, operator, date, payload, orbit, outcome — rolled up into per-vehicle and per-provider reliability with a volume-aware Wilson confidence interval. The spine is Jonathan McDowell’s GCAT launch log; CelesTrak SATCAT supplies the payloads each launch delivered, bridged on the COSPAR designator. Rule-based core, no LLM.

Preview-only page. The teaser shows a handful of real launch rows with the SATCAT cross-link counts redacted, and the full Wilson reliability leaderboards are gated. The complete dataset and exports are provided after licensing.

What’s in it 5 SQLite (WAL) tables · launches spine + payload cross-link + reliability hubs

The launches spine is enriched by a SATCAT payloads cross-link and rolled up into vehicles, providers, and provider_year hubs. Locked columns are the computed cross-link counts and Wilson reliability outputs — the sellable analytics — gated in this preview.

Teaser sample 8 of 7,335 launches · cross-link payload counts redacted

Real, recent rows from the live spine. The SATCAT-derived payload count, distinct operators, and mission class — the cross-link that neither source exposes alone — are masked, and the full Wilson reliability leaderboards are not shown.

Sources & method

  • GCAT — Jonathan McDowell’s General Catalog of Artificial Objects (CC-BY; credit Jonathan C. McDowell, planet4589.org/space/gcat): the launch spine + agency normalization.
  • CelesTrak SATCAT — every catalogued on-orbit object; supplies the payload cross-link by COSPAR tag.
  • Scoring — Wilson score lower bound (95%, z = 1.96); partial = ½ success; the denominator excludes unknown-outcome launches; low n widens the interval (automatic volume weighting).

Outcome labels are GCAT’s, not independently re-adjudicated. Derived analytics, not underwriting advice. Not affiliated with any catalog maintainer, agency, or launch provider. Verify CelesTrak terms before commercial redistribution.
