FundDawn — Emerging-Manager Fund Feed
FundDawn is a weekly, deterministic feed of newly formed U.S. private funds. Every new SEC Form D is resolved to a manager, joined to that manager’s Form ADV adviser identity (CRD / SEC# / regulatory AUM) via a Schedule D 7.B.1 fund-name match, linked to the FINRA-registered placement agent(s) named in the raise, and scored 0–1 — delivered as a ready-to-sell emerging-manager lead list.
Coverage & headline figures
Figures below reflect the 2026Q1 bulk backfill quarter. Production scale comes from the DERA backfill route; the live feed is a rolling weekly slice of roughly 50 newly formed pooled funds. Built from free, public SEC EDGAR / IAPD and FINRA BrokerCheck sources — no LLM in the pipeline.

Cross-link tiers
Premium manager resolves to an identifiable Form ADV adviser (CRD / SEC# / RAUM). Brokered the raise names a FINRA-registered placement agent — a warm, active raise. Emerging a first-fund issuer not yet on any adviser’s Form ADV — the genuine emerging-manager tier.
